SHIPPING POLICY – EUROPEAN UNION

1. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping for orders over €199.

For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is €9.90 for standard-size parcels.

For oversized or heavy products, shipping costs may vary and are determined individually. If your order contains such a product, we will contact you to arrange the delivery details.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship orders via reliable courier companies such as DHL, DPD and other courier services.

Available shipping methods may vary depending on the type of order, destination country and selected payment method.

3. Parcel Dimensions and Weight

For standard parcels, the following limits apply:

Maximum parcel length: 105 cm  
Sum of three dimensions (length + width + height): up to 200 cm  
Maximum parcel weight: 27 kg  

If your parcel exceeds these limits, shipping costs may be calculated individually.

4. Order Processing Time

The standard order processing time is 1–3 business days from the moment payment is received or the order is placed.

For oversized, custom-made or special order products, the processing time may be longer. We will inform you about the estimated delivery time.

5. Delivery Time in the European Union

Delivery within the European Union usually takes 2–5 business days depending on the destination country and courier service.

6. Shipment Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that allows you to track your shipment on the courier’s website.

7. Delivery and Damage Claims

When receiving the parcel, we recommend checking its condition in the presence of the courier. If the package shows signs of damage, a damage report should be prepared and our customer service should be contacted immediately.
